Our Blueberry operation in Matangi in the Waikato has been in operation for many years, we are spread over 5 sites, making for some challenges.

We installed our first Flexi tank in 2020, since then we have progressively added another 3, we now have 2x 1 Million L and 2 x 500,000L, 3 of our 5 sites now have tanks. We are in the throws of purchasing more Flexi tanks to fit in with our expanding water needs on these blocks and Flexi tanks will play a part in our next expansion at a new site.

We use the Flexi tanks for outdoor and Tunnel Blueberry irrigation and frost protection water for our outdoor blocks. We enjoy the fact that the water does not evaporate the same way it does from a pond we have and also how the water quality remains constant. It is easy to see exactly what storage amount you have from the height of the tank.

These tanks keep performing year after year as expected, we have never had any issues, if we ever need an outlet fitting change, Andre has been happy to help out.

The Team at Flexi have always been great, very timely with information and delivery, a friendly Company to work with, for us they are local too, and we are always supportive of our local community and a NZ company first, where possible.
